In 2007 she started to work at CDS, to learn about all the real life constraints that would ultimately influence residential design. A mere Year after this, Julene ran her own company successfully specializing in residential design.
Deciding that she needed some experience on bigger projects, she joined HMZ Architects to work on public buildings like Unisa Student Entrance Building and different mixed use buildings on the Unisa Florida Campus.
In 2011 she returned to her passion namely residential design, when she joined the team at Pattichides and Partners, focusing on exclusive lifestyle designs, with varying complexity, size, budget and style.
2018 sees her returning to her own company to make it the success it is today.

We assist our clients in finding the perfect property in order to make their dream home a reality.
We can assist in finding the correct property that suit our clients needs by working hand in hand with real estate agencies in the area

If our clients already have a property, be that an empty lot or an existing house, we work within the parameters set by our clients

The design process is made as easy as possible to help our clients enjoy the process.
Stage 1:
We meet with our clients to determine the project brief.. We discuss the parameters and limitations of the design.
Stage 2:
We complete a concept design based on our clients brief taken in stage 1. This also includes 3 dimensional renderings to help our clients visualize the concept, as well as a video to show the space and volume of the design.
Stage 3:
Once our clients are completely satisfied with the design, we continue with the working drawings. This full technical set is then completed for submission to hoa (if the property is in an estate) and council.
Stage 4:
We facilitate with council submission and approval by making use of some of the best runners in the industry.
If our clients need assistance in the building process, we can assist as well.
We will provide the additional expertise to help complete the project and fulfill the vision our clients had from the start. Our sister company - ZR Developments can assist with any building related matters that might arise.
